Job Description
Longbridge Financial is looking for a highly motivated Sales Channel Marketing Manager to create and guide marketing strategies, projects and programs for each of our three sales channels. This position will be highly cross-functional and work closely with senior sales leaders to identify opportunities and leverage resources in support of the overall growth of our business. As the Sales Channel Marketing Manager, you will oversee one direct report while managing a wide range of marketing disciplines and projects from advertising to direct mail to events to local marketing opportunities, holding the sales channels needs at the forefront of our marketing initiatives. This position requires close collaboration with internal functional areas as well as external agency partners.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist in strategic planning, direction, and development of marketing programs across all sales channels (National Field Sales, Third Party Affiliates and Wholesale)
Partner with sales leaders to leverage corporate marketing programs and develop local marketing opportunities to generate business
Tailor national marketing programs to individual channel needs and priorities
Develop and deliver marketing-related training to Wholesale Partners and National Field Sales Loan Officers
Monitor and implement brand standards across all channels.
Spearhead campaign concepts, key deliverables, promotion plan, and analytics we want to track
Serve as a dedicated consultant and resource for the channel leadership teams, and be a point of contact for ad-hoc requests arising from sales channels
Keep an eye out for creative opportunities across channel initiatives
Work with integrated marketing team on execution
Identify new and emerging marketing tools, services, and software to innovate and further the sales and marketing strategy
Stay abreast of financial industry developments and marketplace opportunities/challenges to inform strategy and contribute to benchmarking
Measure and continually seek to enhance the effectiveness of our sales and marketing strategy
Manage the inventory of channel-specific materials to ensure compliance requirements are met, data is current, and messaging is relevant
Perform all aspects of marketing compliance review and approval processes
Analyze campaign metrics on an ongoing basis to determine campaign success and provide insights based on data and feedback on how to improve future campaigns
Conduct ongoing competitive research on topics key competitors are focused on and where they are being featured
Manage communications with our sales channels to ensure they are informed on company marketing initiatives
Manage company's online reputation and customer reviews
Project manage on-going sales channel needs such as new collateral, event coordination etc.
