Sales Business Development Manager

Position Profile Sales - Business Development 2 Positions - West Coast and Midwest Remote - Home Based Company: Domestic film manufacturer with a global presence and a diversified portfolio of films including cast and blown films. Summary: Immediate need for sales people with experience in selling films to or for flexible packaging converters.

Responsibilities: Manage and grow business with new and existing customers in the assigned sales territory. Define opportunities for growth. Build in-depth relationships throughout customers' organizations.

Provide regular weekly, monthly or other assigned reports as requested. Represent the Company at trade shows and industry events when required. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience selling to or for flexible packaging converters.

MUST HAVE working knowledge of films and the converting of films; such as PP, PET, PE, Nylon, etc. Demonstrated track record of managing and building a sales territory. Track record of building in-depth relationships with customers.

Ability to work remote and meet with customers face to face on a regular basis. Motivated and Energetic. Hunter mentality. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Reports to: Vice President of Sales.
