Sales Booking Agent

- Experience in booking and marketing events - Own a cell phone or a landline so you can make sales calls - Constant communication with the CEO of Jajansa - Experience or willingness to learn how to use Google Docs - Degree in marketing and/or sales preferred - Ability to Lift 25 lbs - Willing to learn team bonding exercises - Willing to learn on the job - Own a car - Valid Driver's License - Must love dogs - Must be okay with dogs in your car About the job: This is a hybrid job in Lake Charles, LA. You will mostly have control of your schedule other than scheduled meetings and events. You will be making sales calls for and booking team bonding events. You will also be providing the transportation for yourself, the founder/CEO (who uses a transport wheelchair), and her little service dog to team bonding events. Team bonding is like team building, but all competition is eliminated and the exercises are proven to build bonds between employees, students, or other teams. You will also be expected to learn the team bonding exercises. People of all abilities are able to participate. When you first start, you will be working on commission as a 1099 independent contractor. (This means that you have to make sure to pay 1/3 of your salary to taxes each month). However, this is subject to change if you help this company grow. You may end up as a fully salaried employee with a contract. This company is new to Lake Charles, LA. You have the ability to make anywhere from $150 to $9270 per week. You may also be asked to book Creative Consultations and Event Planning for which you will still earn commission. All commissions and salaries (including that of the CEO/founder) will be capped at $10,000 per month. As long as you book at least two team bonding events per week, all travel expenses, lodging expenses, and car maintenance will be covered by the CEO/founder of the company.
