-Drive customer acquisition specific to leisure transient rooms and RFP group submissions.

-Increase engagement with storytelling, building brand advocacy.

- Provide onsite marketing and brand leadership, fostering collaboration and data-driven results.

-Bring alignment of marketing strategy with company vision, focus on financial acumen, and customer focus solutions.

We're Excited About YOU Because

- You have experience with brand building, brand strengthening, content strategy, digital acquisition, and strong grasp of the customer funnel.

-You have prior experience with CRM, Google Analytics, FB Business Manager, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft Office.

- You have 12+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or Forbes-rated property.

- You are willing and able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.

The expected salary range for this position is $145,000-$160,000. The Meritage Resort & Spa reserves the right to modify or update this range at any time. The actual salary offered will be at the sole discretion of the company and determined by relevant experience, qualifications, and skillset of the final candidate. This role is eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401k, educational reimbursement, and paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
