We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Permanent Sales Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, innovative company and contribute to its growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing new business, and driving sales to achieve and exceed targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of how to identify and develop opportunities, build customer relationships, deliver high-quality service, and close sales deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Lead and oversee the sales process, from initial contact through to deal closure.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales operations and strategies.
  • Conduct sales forecasting, reporting on sales results and trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Manage and allocate budget resources for sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience (5+ years) as a Sales Account Manager or similar role in sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Experience in business development, strategic planning, and sales operations.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to conduct robust sales forecasting and market research.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to manage resources effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of the products and market to provide comprehensive and compelling sales presentations.
