The Sales Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, fostering client satisfaction, and strengthening our partnership with Verizon. By effectively managing and nurturing relationships with our Verizon clients, the Sales Account Manager will contribute directly to our company's success and continued growth. The Sales Account Manager's ability to understand customers needs, anticipate their challenges, and deliver innovative solutions will be instrumental in helping us maintain our position as a leader in the telecommunications industry.



Sales Account Manager Role and Responsibilities:

  • Access and update customer accounts through computer-based systems accurately and efficiently

  • Gain product and service knowledge by attending client meetings related to technology, sales promotions, and product updates

  • Provide customers with products and services that exceed their expectations and make their lives a lot easier

  • Communicate the perks of our service vs our competitors in the telecommunications industry

  • Negotiate new contracts with customers, overturn any objections that may arise, and upsell products to increase sales margins

  • Execute sales strategy to increase install base adoption and follow-on sales to our existing client base

  • Collaborate with fellow Sales Account Managers to achieve sales revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per customer account
