Essential Functions of the Job
- Lead by being an example of Christ to all staff, donors, and customers.
- Lead and equip team in the retail and processing operations of the store
Responsible for overseeing the training of new team members in order to ensure the employees have all essential training needed to be successful in their position.
Communicate regularly with the Director of Operations to ensure all store issues, praises, employee relations, etc. are addressed.
Facilitate and promote an encouraging, positive and unified relationship between Processing and Retail Departments.
Oversee and train management staff on retail operations including systems, processes, procedures and policies.
Train on and ensure proper execution of any of the required job duties within the processing and receiving team. This includes all requirements related to accepting donations, presorting and pricing merchandise.
