Sacramento Community Health Clinic Seeking GPs/IMs and FPs

FQHC is Hiring (Multiple openings) Sacramento, CA 95811 Seeking providers with experience: in the following areas:

1. FQHC s
2. Primary Care
3. Addiction
4. Urban or Large City or Rural Communities
5. Underserved Populations

Outpatient Primary Care Clinic

PPD: 20 patients per day is average
EMR: Epic
Certifications: Will accept non boarded GP, MD/DO and 3-4 experienced Nurse Practitioners
Schedule: They are open Monday Saturday, FLEX hours. Open to 4 10's or 5 8's, but have to be able to work 2 alternating weekends per month.
Part Time is even OK.
30 hours/week: M,W,F 12P-6P & T,H: 8A-2P
Experience with a Community Health Clinics and comfortable working with primary care/addiction/diversity/underserved/LGBT/homeless, and HIV population.
50% of their patients are HIV+.
Support Staff: MA's , RN's , LVN's , Case Manager , Dietician, Clinical Pharmacy, BH, Medical Scribes, Other Staff
