Title: RPA Business Analyst Location: Buffalo, NY Duration: Full Time / Permanent Hire Salary: Negotiable Job Description: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to process automation, including process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation, assess feasibility, and estimate potential ROI and business impact. Work closely with RPA developers and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design UIPath-based automation solutions that meet stakeholder needs and objectives. Configure UIPath automation workflows, including process mapping, screen scraping, data manipulation, and integration with external systems and APIs, to automate manual, repetitive tasks. Develop and execute test plans and test cases to validate the functionality and reliability of RPA solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and user expectations. Facilitate change management activities, including stakeholder communication, training, and user adoption strategies, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of RPA solutions. Create comprehensive documentation, including business process documentation, functional specifications, and user manuals, to support the implementation and maintenance of RPA solutions. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation enhancements, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and implement changes that drive continuous improvement and innovation. Education / Experience / Background Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field from an accredited institution. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on process automation and RPA Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design methodologies. Proficiency in UIPath Studio, including experience with process mapping, workflow design, and automation configuration. Experience with RPA implementation methodologies, including process assessment, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. Experience with establishing an RPA Governance process including intake, assessment and identification of use cases. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and identify automation opportunities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
