The Route Delivery Manager is responsible for managing and directing the efforts of Route Delivery Drivers to achieve sales objectives and delivery efficiencies. The Route Delivery Manager is also responsible for daily customer interaction, sales growth and ongoing skill development of route sales delivery drivers.

If you have the following, Premium Waters wants to hear from you: - High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years leadership experience preferred
- Good driving history and CDL
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
- Good communication skills (oral and written), good computer skills
- Customer service and/sales experience required
- Positive Attitude with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic
