Icon Power is looking to add a key player to our management team. We need an energetic leader with the experience and skills necessary to build and manage a successful roofing sales team. This is a full-time position that has uncapped income with bi-weekly pay, direct and override commissions, and performance bonuses.

Job Description:

Recruit and train new sales representatives on how to effectively communicate with customers, inspect roofs, close jobs, understand insurance documents, and manage projects
Organize, manage, and assist the appointment setter
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for customer satisfaction.
Assist team in selling and managing projects
Maintain sales team results and prepare detailed reports
Create leads and sell roofs
Cross sell roof with solar
Requirements:

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, must be in the roofing industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Experience in business development and managing client relationships.
Effective time management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
Ability to teach how to inspect and sell roofs
