Commercial Roof EstimatorActively working with a reputable commercial roofing company looking to add an Estimator to their team. They recently experienced their lead estimator retiring and need a commercial estimator to help keep up with the steady pipeline of projects. Their values are a BIG part of who they are so they really take care of their employees. They have a full team of Projects Managers, Salesman, and Laborers. Commercial Roof Estimator Duties Coordinate meetings for up to date labor figures Review estimates with management Estimate a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More Coordinate turnovers to the operations department. Create proposals with accurate scopes of work Have the ability to make site visits and decipher what type of roof systems are currently installed

Commercial Roof Estimator Experience required +2 years of estimating experience Experience with Commercial Roofing materials and techniques

Must be comfortable with leading a team of estimators Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player
