JOB DESCRIPTION- Perform leadership role for the crew and company
- Display strong communication with management and ability to effectively complete paperwork
- Consistently maintain quality and safety
- Complete roofing project with a team within the allocated time and budget
- Maintain excellent customer relations
- Train, motivate, and assist with performance reviews of all employees supervised
REQUIREMENTS- Experience as a Lead or Roofing Foreman
- Be Safety conscious
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather
- Dependability
- Not "afraid of heights"
SCHEDULE & PAY- Monday - Thursday, often Fridays
- 6:30 AM until job is complete
- $21 hr DOE
