Roofer We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in roof installation and the ability to accurately install composition shingles, metal or PVC membrane roofing systems. The job requires working Monday to Friday and some weekends, with the daily schedule determined by the manager. The technician will be responsible for picking up materials in the morning, removing and disposing of the existing roofing system, and keeping the job site tidy with final meticulous cleanup. Compensation: $100,000-$150,000 annually Experience: Preferred but not required Type: Full Time About the Position Works days are typically Mon-Fri and some weekends Leave directly from home for your day Daily schedule is created by your manager who works in the office Morning material pick ups may be required Remove and dispose of existing roofing system Accurately install new roofing systems in composition shingles, metal or PVC membrane Keep job site tidy with final meticulous cleanup Skills Professional communication between yourself, the customer, and management Ability to use proper ladder etiquette Accurate measuring, cutting and fastening of materials Ability to properly install an entire roofing system Understanding of ventilation and proper installation Safe use of power tools and other job site tools Problem solving on the job site Requirements Must have a valid driver's license At least 4 years of experience installing roofs Capable of accurately cutting and installing fascia boards Ability to lift materials weighing 75 lbs or more Experience managing a roofing crew Adherance to company safety standards Company Provided 100% paid training Company vehicle Gas card Good to Go Pass Some tools provided Safety equipment Ladder Company Benefits Weekly paychecks Year-round work Optional Medical, Dental, Vision Washington Paid Sick Leave Optional 401k with employer match
