Key Accountabilities
- Ensures that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, professional, gracious service at all times
- Displays consistent attention to detail and follow-through of all restaurant policies.
- Represents the restaurant professionally through effective communication, cooperation and relationships with all of the business partners and guests
- Operates effectively as part of a team, communicates clearly, ensures smooth service operations and quality service
General Requirements
- 1-2 years of service experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
- Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Certifications.
- Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
- Extensive food and wine knowledge.
