DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Roadway Programs Technician 2 is responsible for conducting technical analysis and independent evaluation of the organizations maintenance work programs based on established guidelines. More complex issues are referred to the Roadway Programs Coordinator, who ensures accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and procedures in the reviewed work. The role involves supporting the Roadway Programs Coordinator in tasks such as budgeting, planning, and analyzing data for evaluating maintenance activities, programs, and expenses in Clinton and Centre Counties. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. This position requires travel. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Roadway Programs Technician 1. or One year of experience in analysis of data utilized in planning and scheduling of work, materials and equipment, and an Associate's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Highway Engineering Technology or closely related program. or Any equivalent combination of experience and training. Other Requirements: This particular position also requires you to possess a valid driver's license which is not under suspension. You must meet the PA residency requirement.
