DESCRIPTION OF WORK As part of this position, your main responsibility will be to assess work plans to ensure that there is a balance in the program and that all necessary resources are available. If needed, you will make adjustments to these plans. Additionally, you will analyze data from different organizational systems to ensure that program objectives are being met and that systems control is maintained. Another aspect of your role will involve reviewing foreman payrolls for accuracy and serving as a backup for this task. You will also monitor work data information to identify any inaccuracies and suggest improvements to ensure compliance with county maintenance measurement tool (CMMT) measures. In order to gather data for work standards, you will be responsible for monitoring maintenance operations in the field and conducting studies. You will also have the responsibility of overseeing inventory records in accordance with policy and ensuring that inventory control methods are followed. Lastly, you will be tasked with developing a county salt management plan and analyzing spreader data to ensure compliance with spreading formulas. Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch Overtime, shift work, and travel may be required for emergencies and training Dual Shifts required during winter operations Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year of experience as a Technical Assistant; or One year of experience in analysis of data utilized in planning and scheduling of work, materials and equipment and graduation from high school or GED equivalent; or An Associate's Degree in a field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Highway Engineering Technology or other closely related program; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training. Other Requirements: This particular position also requires possession of a current Class C driver's license which is not under suspension. You must meet the PA residency requirement.
