Gretna Health & Rehab, Gretna, VA is seeking Weekend Baylor's certified by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed practical Nurse or Registered Nurse. The RN must have the ability to communicat eeffectively in both verbal and written form. They must have the ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team phliosophy.
The ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents.
Those duties include but are not limited to: assist in the development/implementation of patient care plans, identifies patient goals, approaches, resolves patient/family concerns, and summarizes concerns for clinical unit manager.
Must have current licence from Virginia Board of Nursing or have letter to test or authorization to practice for 90 days from degree completion.
