Oceanside Care Center -
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and identities any issues that affect desired resident outcomes
- Assess, review, and maintain that daily resident care needs are met, and appropriate resident care is given
- Address resident and staff concerns to promote quality care
- Supervise staff nurses and CNAs to ensure their completion and quality of duties
- Make rounds of resident rooms to observe and evaluate resident's physical/emotional state
- Review order and care plans
- Provide direct nursing care as necessary
- Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Remain prepared to do any services or assignments within the scope of practice of an RN
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid NYS RN License
- 1+ Years of Nursing Experience Required
- 1+ Years Long Term Care experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Previous Point Click Care Experience preferred
- COVID-19 Vaccination
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- In-person
- Skilled nursing facility
