Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility is a 140-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in the beautiful Catskill Mountains. We are committed to being the leading provider of quality care in Sullivan County. In order to achieve that goal, we need to meet high standards of excellence in the care the residents receive. We are looking for a dedicated, professional RN Unit Manager to join our team of passionate healthcare superstars. The RN Unit Manager position typically works Monday-Friday 8a-4p.

RN Unit Manager Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for managing staff, overseeing patient care and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures during the course of their shift. The RN Unit Manager will promote and restore patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care plan, directing and developing staff, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs and providing physical and psychological support for residents and their families.
Qualifications:
- RN license in NY
- RN Supervisor experience
- LTC/SNF experience preferred
