The Knolls of Oxford, a continuing care retirement community, located in Oxford, OH, is seeking Full time compassionate RN Supervisors to add to our nursing team. We're currently looking for a Full time night shift RN Supervisor (7p-730a); and set PRN to work every Wednesday. The pay for this position is $40.00 per hour. An additional $2.00 shift differential for night shift.

Additional PRN position is available. Minimum requirements for PRN are 3 shifts per month.

As RN Supervisor your responsibilities include but are not limited to, coordination of admissions, transfer, and discharge processes. Inform nursing personnel of new admissions, their expected time of arrival, room assignment, etc. Consider problems with vision, hearing, mobility, etc. when communicating or working with residents. You participate in the orientation of new residents/family members to the facility, communicate with physicians appropriately and review the resident's chart for specific treatments, medication orders, diets, etc., as necessary. You make clinical rounds on unit and with MD as necessary.

The ideal candidate will:

Hold a valid RN license in the State of OH or have an Active RN Multi-state license.
Have two years' experience in a long-term care facility, preferred
Previous supervisory experience, preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
Communicate well with team members, residents, and family members.
Must have high levels of patience and compassion for the elderly.
Demonstrate professional excellence and customer service to residents and their families.
Ensure that each resident receives quality care.
