Schedule: Full time, 8 Hour shifts
Duties and responsibilities: - Motivates and manages assigned service line nurses, techs, and operating room aides (ORAs).
- Manages the service group's day-to-day and daily clinical operations, including practice standards, overall room activity, staffing, budgets, fiscal management, and quality improvement, in coordination with the Director
Requirements: - California RN license; American Heart Association BLS
- Preferred: CNOR, ACLS, PALS
- Minimum 5 years experience as an operating room clinical practitioner
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in scrubbing and circulating.
