Responsibilities of an RN Supervisor -
- Leadership and supervision of nursing staff.
- Ensuring quality patient care and safety.
- Managing staffing schedules.
- Providing training and support to nursing staff.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
- Handling emergencies effectively.
- Reporting on shift activities.
Qualifications of an RN Supervisor - Must be a Registered or Licensed Nurse in PA
- Experiencein LTC is preferred
