RN - Skilled Care/Asst. Living Comm - Team 240 - Patients - Facilities in Fort Myers - (Fort Myers Office)
Make visits to hospice patients in skilled care & assisted living communities. Computer skills & experience required. Minimum 1 year nursing experience strongly desired. Days with some early evenings - Monday thru Friday plus must work a minimum of 2 weekend days per month. Must be willing to be trained and float to work all Hope Service areas and locations to meet organizational needs.
