NOW HIRING: WEEKEND RN Registered Nurse Supervisor RN Supervisor Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure the delivery of quality care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Provide direct nursing care as needed and serve as a resource for nursing staff.
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to emergencies as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote resident well-being and safety.
- Participate in staff development activities and provide education and training as needed.
