Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans. The Registered Nurse (RN) will also be responsible for educating patients and their families about various medical conditions and treatment options, as well as providing emotional support and guidance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
  • Assess patients' conditions and create individualized care plans.
  • Administer treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions and treatment options.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
  • Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Current and valid state Registered Nurse RN license.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies calmly and efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills
