Registered Nurse (RN) Duties
Accurately and promptly implements physician order .
Assigns nursin g care to team members in accordance with the resident's needs and the person's capabilities and qualifications.
Supervises, directs, and evaluates junior team members (STNA/CNA).
Adminis t ers medications and performs treatments for assigned residents, and documents that treatment as required by company, and all applicable rules and regulations.
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
- Coordinates and provides nursing care for residents.
- Provides supervision and guidance to clinical staff members.
- Promotes interpersonal relationships and develops staff morale
