Adelphi is seeking highly qualified Registered Nurse Supervisor who can oversee nurses delivering 1:1 nursing services to K-12 students with disabilities at a school district in New York.

Requirements: - BSN from an accredited program.
- Active NY RN License.
- NPI Number
- Experience working with students with disabilities.
- NYS Education Department Fingerprint Clearence Notification.
- CPR certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience, including experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Responsibilities: - Accompany students in the school bus to and from school.
- Coverse with parents/guardians and school personnel as required.
- Confirm all medications and physician orders are with the student before departing the student's premises and/or school.
- Review all doctors orders for students.
- Observe students during the day in the classroom and on the bus ride for any medical situations and emergencies.
- Perform any and all skilled nursing procedures as ordered.
- Document all skilled nursing procedures as well as report any medical situations and emergencies.
