SHIFT: Days (rotating weekends)

SCHEDULE: Full-time

Riverside Community Hospital, Founded in 1901, is a 478 licensed bed, full-service acute care hospital in the heart of the Inland Empire. RCH has been recognized as a Top Performing Hospital and has invested in a new campus expansion project that includes a new 7 story patient tower, 3 story medical office building, and a recently completed 5 level state of the art parking garage.

Position Summary:

Functions as a member of patient care team in providing competent care to patients according to their individual needs. Coordinates patient care and delegates responsibilities to team members within their scope of practice and competencies.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

Licensure/ Certification/Registration:

  • ValidCalifornia RN license.

  • CurrentBCLS certification.

  • NationalRN Certification preferred.

Education:
  • Graduatefrom an accredited school of nursing.

Experience:
  • Minimumof one-year acute care hospital experience in area of specialty preferred

Special Qualifications:
  • Computerliterate.

  • Competenciesare reflected by valid California RN license and are validated duringpreceptor/orientation process.
