JumpStart Your Nursing Career at HCA by considering our SpecialtyTraining Apprenticeship for Registered Nurses (StaRN). This NewGraduate Nurse Program is designed to prepare you to succeed in a hospitalenvironment. The StaRN Program is a facility sponsored, HCA led specialtytraining initiative designed to provide intense post graduate training to a newgraduate nurse. The program is comprised of a combination of didactic training,high definition simulation and clinical preceptorship at the sponsoringfacility. As a new RN in our StaRN Program, you will receive the education andsupport necessary to develop the judgment, skill and knowledge youll need tobecome the highest caliber nurse.

Qualifications
Position Requirements (Minimumqualifications for the position to start)
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
State specific RN License or have an ATT letter to sit for licensureexam or state-approved temporary license prior to the cohort start date
