Responsibilities of an RN Registered Nurse:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Complete Care at Park Place Center, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch care to our residents. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of essential tasks, including but not limited to:
- Assessing and monitoring residents' health and well-being.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Developing and implementing care plans for individual residents.
- Coordinating and supervising the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff.
- Documenting residents' medical histories, care plans, and progress.
- Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate care.
- Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Ensuring infection control protocols are followed.
- Managing and operating medical equipment.
- Providing emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.
- Advocating for residents' rights and dignity.
Qualifications of an RN Registered Nurse:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RN certification in NJ
- Strong communication skills
- Serious applicants dedicated to providing exceptional care
