Job Description Job Summary: Under the general direction of the Clinical Coordinator and/or Division Director, serves as a nursing care resource, applying knowledge and skills in a variety of settings. Maintains unit and division-wide perspectives of nursing care delivery, participating in clinical practice decision within the institution. Minimal Acceptable Job Qualifications: Experience: As demonstrated through progression of the clinical ladder behaviors Education: Completion of a nursing diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing. Licensure/Registration/Certification: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse; ACLS/PALS within three (3) months of hire
