RN Pediatrics Case Manager Compensation
- The pay for this position is $39- $46 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
RN Pediatrics Case Manager Highlights
The required shift for this position is Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
RN Pediatrics Case Manager Responsibilities
- Care Manager would be responsible to complete 6 assessments per week with our members in their home. Our position is with the Assessment Team and we are the ones to complete initial assessments for new members and we also complete reassessments for Level 3 members (low acuity). Our team also completes Medically Dependent Children's Program Interest List assessments.
RN Pediatrics Case Manager Requirements
- Active RN License
- Pediatrics experience
