Employment Type: Part time Shift: 12 Hour Day Shift Description: St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a per diem RN to join our team. Schedule: Pool Tier III/Per Diem, 12hr night shifts Tier III Requirements: 96-hour minimum commitment per 4-week schedule, 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule, 1 winter holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) The primary objective of this position is to provide quality of care. Responsible for the direct and/or indirect care of patients assigned utilizing professional nursing skills and knowledge. Provides wound care and maintains drainage tubes Initiates and maintains venous access Demonstrates ability to perform 12 Lead EKG's Properly administers Organ Donation Policies Maintains and provides continuous renal replacement therapy Interprets dysrhythmias Performs Thrombolytic Therapy Performs ABG's Performs hemodynamic monitoring Performs cardiac pacing Provides ventilator management and weaning Performs conscious sedation Assesses and documents patients rehab needs and functional skills upon admission. Performs other duties as assigned.
