RN Float Incentives:
$7.50 added to hourly rate.
$20,000 sign on bonus.

PCT Float Incentives:
$1,000 Full Time sign on bonus.
$500 Part Time sign on bonus.

The region's leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health, is seeking dedicated RNs and PCTs to join us in our Mullica Hill Float Pool . You will provide staffing support throughout the medical center to adequately meet the volume and acuity of patients. Float Pool RN's perform direct patient care in a variety of patient care areas such as medical surgical, stepdown, and ICU level of care. You will also be relied on to formulate and implement plans of care and evaluate care effectiveness in collaboration with medical staff and in accordance with the policies and procedures of IHN. We have full-time and part-time opportunities.

RN QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Non-BSN nurses must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school or professional nursing and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position.
BSN or MSN graduates preferred.
Minimum of 3 years post education clinical experience and competencies for desired role in medical surgical acute / progressive care units.

Certifications/ Licensure Required
Current New Jersey license
Current American Heart Association - BLS Health Care Provider
Current American Heart Association - ACLS

PCT QUALIFICATIONS

MUST have ONE of the following:
Hold a current CPCT (Patient Care Technician) or CNA (Certified Nurse Aid) certification
Completed 1 clinical rotation in a college nursing program
Experience as an Inpatient Technician (clinical, mental health), HHA, CNA, PCT or DSP
Please note that Medical Assistant MA experience does NOT count
