A regional leading acute care hospital located in northern North Carolina is now seeking an experienced RN Nurse Coordinator Ambulatory Surgery to join their award-winning healthcare team.

Reporting to the Nurse Director Surgical Services, the RN Nurse Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the Ambulatory Surgery department including same day surgery and pre-admission testing. The RN Nurse Coordinator plans daily nursing schedules, oversees nursing activities, partakes in recruitment, monitors the professional development of staff, and ensures compliance with all regulatory standards. The RN Nurse Coordinator will also work closely with other Surgical Services clinical leaders.
Requirements Include:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Registered Nurse RN license in the state of North Carolina
- Prior nursing leadership experience in a surgical setting
