SIGN ON BONUS New Grad $7,500.00 - Experienced Eligible RN $15,000.00 We are hiring a Registered Nurse join our Med Surg Tele team at Cherokee Medical Center in Gaffney, SC. Full Time; Night 7p to 7a Night shift and weekend shift differentials Our Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit has 24 and utilizes the latest technology such as Omnicell, Epic, Alaris Pumps, Workstation on Wheels and Mindray (for vitals), allowing our team to provide the best care possible for our patients. unit case types include Medical Surgical Stroke, Diabetes, Acute Renal Failure, etc. For team members interested in growing, we allow cross-training to specialty areas such as ICU and/or ED. Our diverse patient population and case types enables our unit to grow Strong RNs. The Registered Nurse recognizes and addresses patient needs or issues to achieve the highest level of patient satisfaction, quality and outcomes. The Registered Nurse provides, directs and coordinates professional nursing care for all patients following established clinical nursing standards and practices. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the care of the patient. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
