NOW HIRING: RN MDS: Full Time
RN MDS Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough resident assessments using the Minimum Data Set (MDS) tool.
- Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams to gather information for accurate assessment.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to MDS and resident assessments.
- Develop and update care plans based on MDS assessments and resident needs.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information for accurate MDS completion.
- Stay current with changes in regulations and update staff as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to resident care.
RN MDS Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- RN certification in NJ
- RN MDS experience is necessary
- Leadership experience
- Communication Skills
