- Must have New Jersey RN License
- Must Have experience as an MDS Coordinator
- Must have long term care experience
Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments MDS and care plans for all residents assigned.
- Monitors completion of MDSs by other disciplines within timeframes by regulatory guidelines.
- Attend weekly IDC meetings.
- Proficient in Point Click Care
