The Perioperative Services Nurse Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Nursing. Supported by one of the best Surgical Services Nurse Supervisors that Oregon has to offer, as well as two Charge Nurses, this Nurse Manager will have more than enough resources needed to lead top quality patient care.

The Perioperative Services Nurse Manager will be working in a fast-paced unit with a tenured and experienced staff. The operating rooms are run on a tight schedule by some of the best healthcare providers in the region. This Manager will be overseeing all FTE's in the PACU, as well as the OR. This department offers a wide array of service lines, from Orthopedic, to Respiratory Therapy, to Cardiovascular Services.

The job responsibilities for the Perioperative Services Nurse Manager include both clinical and administrative roles. Administratively, this position will prepare the annual budgets, analyze financial information in order to make changes to meet budget targets, and develop spreadsheets. Clinically, the Nurse Manager will coordinate and supervise the activities of the nurses and personnel for the operating room services, with a huge emphasis on education and training.
