Position Description:

TheManager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of theoverall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Managermonitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance withestablished policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality andclinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
