Boulder Community Health is seeking an RN Manager for the Family Birth Center. RN Manager supervises and directs nursing care and all related activities within nursing unit according to standards, philosophy, and objectives of the organization, division and department. accountable 24/7 for the nursing practice on the unit and authority for all unit operations, collaborating with the director and other unit leaders as needed. Responsibilities include systematically enhancing unit based patient care, nursing practice, safety and quality in accordance with organizational policies, evidence-based practice, and standards of professional nursing practice. nurse manager promotes a professional practice environment to positively impact clinical operations, nursing and patient care outcomes. includes all aspects of unit-based clinical operations, customer service, patient safety, quality outcomes, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
