Qualifications:

  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Home LTC (preferred).
  • Supervisor experience of 2 years (preferred).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and evaluate the performance of nursing staff and nursing assistants.
  • Perform staff nurse duties when required.
  • Plan and administer nursing services for the designated unit.
  • Ensure safety measures and disaster protocols are known and practiced.
  • Manage supplies and equipment efficiently.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and care plan initiation.
  • Reassess patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
