Job Requirements RN and LPN: Oversee clinical support staff to ensure resident care plans are followed Coordinate with clinical departments to ensure high quality care Review medication administration, maintain resident charts and physician orders Work Experience Active Nursing License in state where community is located Previous experience working in long-term care or with the geriatric population preferred New graduates and/or experienced nursing professionals
