Shifts: 7:00am-7:00pm
Days: Rotating schedule - (Week 1: M/T/S/S - Week 2: W/TH/F - Repeated)
Weekends: every other weekend
Location: 5837 Lyons View Pike, Knoxville TN 37919
Compensation:.RN: $62,400-83,000 per year in base pay ($30 - $40/hour)
LPN: $54,080 - $60,320 per year in base pay ($26 - $29/hour)
PLUS, SHIFT DIFF + PICK UP BONUS.
Differentials:.$2-$3 depending on shift and day of week
Sign on Bonus (Full-time): RN $3,000 NIGHT SHIFT $5,000
Sign on Bonus (Full-time): - LPN $ 3,000
Your Role in the Organization
The primary purpose of the job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Qualifications:

- Must have a valid unencumbered nursing license.
- Must have valid CPR/BLS certification or be willing to obtain during orientation.
- Valid RN/LPN license in the state of TN.
- Essential Elements of your Job
- Lead and support all functions related to quality care for our residences.
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
- Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies.
- Complete processes and paperwork related to Admission, transfer, and discharge of our residents.
- Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physicians Order Form. Transcribe physician's orders to resident charts, medication records treatment/care plans, as required.
- Chart nurse's notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care.
- Experience using PCC preferred
