RN/LPN Admissions Nurse

Westwood Manor Nursing Home is seeking an Admission Nurse. This is a full time, Monday through Friday position. The admission nurse is responsible for gathering pre-admission data to determine the resident level of care and the ability of the facility to properly care for the resident. The admission nurse will complete all pre-admission and admission forms accurately as well as any discharge forms. The admission nurse will work directly with the account manager to ensure all financial information is accurately explained. Our full time employees are offered the following benefits:
