Lemay Avenue Fort Collins, Colorado and offers furnished private rooms designed to provide comfort for individuals requiring short-term rehabilitation following hospitalization or for long-term care, or end of life care/hospice care. Starting wages $34.00 - $50.00/hr. base pay based on years of experience, plus shift differentials. Registered Nurse RN's must be knowledgeable/experienced in the following areas: Patient assessment Medication management Wound care Collaboration with healthcare team Health education Monitoring vital signs Emergency response Documentation Support for activities of daily living Regulatory compliance Effective communication with residents, families of residents and staff Qualifications Nursing degree from an accredited college or university Clear unencumbered license from the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse New Grad RN's Welcome as well as any licensed nurse within a hospital, long-term care or any other related healthcare facility Excellent communication skills We offer meaningful careers for employees who care.
