Polaris Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center offers a full range of on-site therapy services including subacute rehab, wound care, respite care, and skilled nursing in a homelike environment, managed under the expert direction of our medical team.
Polaris offers a continuum of the finest post-hospital recovery and extended-stay care. In our new, innovative residential and rehabilitative facility, we provide a safe and functional real-world environment for physical, occupational and speech therapy to restore the highest level of function.

Positions Available: 7:30a-4p FT RN Unit Manager salary negotiable
11:00p-7:30a FT and PT, RN Supervisor salary negotiable

Key Responsibilities: Assigning nursing staff
Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and their families.
Provide information to Residents and Staff by answering questions and requests.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintain Resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
Maintain documentation of Resident care services by auditing Resident and department records.
Maintain nursing supplies inventory and other responsibilities as required.
Regular reports made to the ADON, DON
Qualifications: - Experience in this field and possess quality skills to motivate and mentor other nursing staff to provide quality care to our residents.
- Possess active Delaware RN License, in good standing.
- Must have experience working with residents, in a Short/Long Term atmosphere.
- Flexible & open to helping others.
- Be able to successfully pass all pre-employment background & drug tests.
