What you can expect from this role The Family Medicine Clinic in Wood River is looking for a team centered RN Lead to work in their busy fast pace environment. If you enjoy positive team cultures, being able to multi-task, and leading people - This role is for you The RN Lead will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. The RN Lead will also assist with Staff RN duties working alongside physicians and APPs, and will still provide some patient care, including triage, working alongside clinic staff, etc. Schedule: Four, 10 hour shifts per week (Monday - Friday with variable day off). No weekends/holidays. Generous sign on bonus, geographical differential, full benefits package, and free use of group ski pass.
