Key responsibilities of this role include: Provides oversight for Emergency Department and Patient Care Unit in the absence of unit management. Addresses patient care, staffing, and any other issues that may arise. Supervises nurses and staff and takes administrative responsibilities. Serve as supplemental RN staff as needed. Key qualifications to be considered for this include: License to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas, must be able to support both Emergency Department and Patient Care Unit. Current BLS certification at start or acquired within first 90 days of employment Current ACLS and PALS certification at start or acquired within first 90 days of employment 3 - 5 year of experience preferred.
